hi there, what do i do now that i have sighted up ?
Have you downloaded the weight loss plan?

tried too, but it comes up with a cross in the left hand corner?
Try typing in the address into your browser instead.
Go to the nhs site live well section then choose lose weight.
The right hand side has the link to download week by week or all weeks in one go.
Then:
> Read the info for week one
> Read the info on the nhs site about diet, meals, calorie counting, exercise, etc
> Choose your start day
> Prepare for meals by getting a healthy shop in
> Hop on the weight loss bus
Basically the plan is a 12 week tool to help you change your lifestyle re eating and exercise.
The simplest way to explain this is to eat 1400 calories a day and exercise for 150 minutes a week.
