Hi sandz,

It's worth reading the other bits on the NHSChoices lose weight pages about nutrition, diet, exercise, etc too. It's all good advice for free.

And there's lot's of advice and experiences from people who are actually doing it on these blogs which are worth reading too

i started this last week and have lost 2.4lbs.

all i did was print off the whole plan and logged my food on myfitnesspal along with keeping a running total on the plan i printed each day. i havent started my exercise yet but that will come soon.
