Hi,

If you're exercising regularly, you may feel hungrier but I would advise you to try to stick to your daily calorie allowance as set out by the NHS Choices 12 week weight loss plan: nhs.uk/Livewell/weight-loss....

If you do feel like a post-exercise snack make sure it's a healthy one (and note down the calories in the food and activity chart).

Hi tomben01, I use myfitnesspal which Ive linked to a fitbit, when I've done extra activity it says on myfitnesspal extra calories are available to eat, but my understanding is that its your choice you can use the extra calories to maintain or stick to your original calorie goal and therefore the extra calories you could have eaten are used against your weekly deficit and therefore you lose weight, isnt it a deficit of 3500 calories to lose a lb... has that helped ?
