I can stop liking this soup, I have been fasting for Ramadan, this hasn't affected my weight though.

Sure180g of carrots

85g of red lentils

2 Celery sticks

Small onion (optional)

Veg stock

2 Oranges ( squeeze juice)

1teaspoon red chilli flakes ( Optional)

Fresh coriander (optional)

1) peel and chop celery sticks fry in little spray oil three squirts to be precise of olive oil

2) make the stock 400 ml to One

Stock cube

3) add the celery and the carrots and also the red lentils that you have washed through a sieve try not to lose any!

4) if you have a slow cook pot then you can put this part on low and go out if you're going out and about if not you can simmer on stove for at least an hour till lentils are soft and carrots are soft.

5) squeeze and Juice you can also use some of the meat of the orange.

6) cook a little longer for another 10 minutes

7) blend with a hand blender or blender be careful as mixture is hot

There you go carrot and orange soup will be enough for 3 servings so you can batch this up freezer
