I've heard about pea protein powder this is supposed to be better for you than whey based.

I could repeat what you may have already read via Google but pea is obviously plant based and not recommended for anyone with kidney issues . Both seem to be used when doing HIT exercise as used for high protein intake.

Are you planning to replace meals ? Could you get adequate protein from fish , poultry etc and combine with veg / salad . I personally couldn’t live off any drinks as meal supplements. I love food and it wouldn’t fit with my lifestyle but if I was embarking on this I would see a professional to blend with exercise and nutrition / balanced healthy eating proper food around using this product.
