I've been feeling really down lately because I haven't seen much progress. I know it's important to be patient, but it's hard sometimes. I'm determined to keep going, though. Does anyone have any tips for staying motivated when you're feeling discouraged?

Hello and welcome to our friendly forum. You will get lots of support here especially when motivation is hard to find. Many of us have been in that position. Its easy to let things slide when weight loss is not going well. Coming here is the best thing thing.

Pop over to the weigh in and post your start weight. The Daily Diary is good for meal ideas and posting your plans. Fit is fun is good for exercise.
Keep coming back and chatting and join in as much as possible. Participation is the key to success. Let us know how you are doing and if you have any questions just ask.
