HiA few months ago I posted about the perfect weight.

I have an issue with the term 'weight loss' would prefer 'fat loss'

My aim was to remove visceral fat this morning just before I broke my 36 hour fast it was 9 which is normal.

10 and above is high

My body fat was 8.1% and lean muscle mass 41.7.

Weight 94kf

This is a bmi of 26.5

Just shows that trying to get below 25 is not my aim.

I cannot recommend wearing a forerunner garmin watch using the app and buying a body composition minitor.

This allows you to minitor the impact of each type of exercise

So I have done in the last month, wing foiling, wind foiling, 3km swims in pool, open sea swimming, dinghy sailing, a lot of water polo training and matches, a lot of tennis versus the mavchine.

If I still weighed 136 kg with 36% body fat this would not be possible.

Even recreational activities which I do like lawn bowls and archery burn signuficant calories.

Start with these once you see the link between being active and the positive changes in your body metrics. Fat falling muscle rising you will become addicted to exercise.

The winter is a problem, but we will be going to the costa de luz for some of it probably Cadiz because it has beautiful beaches 2 mins from the city and a fantastic cathedral where we can attend Mass ( I am not ashamed to follow Christ)

I have on my bucket list for the dark evenings velodrome cycling and climbing.

Just get active and regain your life!
