Hello Barry . My best tip is this is a lifestyle not a diet . Diet = punishment , control and misery . Lifestyle is better health , movement and boosting mental health . Don't overthink this . 3 meals a day watching portions , eat fresh , don't spend all day in the kitchen and you can only eat what you buy . Have you started , have you a goal and what tips can you give us ?

Hi Barry. How are you doing and feeling. Easier for me to get motivated now weather has improved in the UK . Keep in touch with us all and let us know how you are getting on . I have had plenty of invites to meals out . Planned to just have mains but those puddings that were walking past our table . Ah well no wine as I drove but the Eton Mess was heavenly. No regrets. Back on the road again tomorrow.
