Good for you 🤗Reviewing is a great opportunity. After you’ve thought about what is behind your situation you could hitch up your trousers and start again or maybe try something different. There are so many ways to lose the weight from all the different posts here that there is bound to be a good option for you. I started by trying IF and after hearing from some posters about LCHF I built that in too. It’s early days but I like the food choices and it just doesn’t feel like dieting at all. I hope you can find the time to read some different slimming posts to see which you would like. Whatever you choose, we’re here to support you 💐

If you "slim smart" weight loss is not so hard! It is not all about motivation and masochism.
Some of us here find that what works is a combination of The Low Carbohydrate, High-Fat (LCHF) diet (see the forum here on Health Unlocked) and Not Snacking All Day AKA Intermittent Fasting (IF). See:
