I hope you remember me from 7/8 years ago - I was LotstoLose at first, then I became LesstoLose. I managed to lose over 8 stone by the end of 2016 (I think). Thanks to my lovely local gym, I managed to keep it off, but since a major life change, nearly 2 stone has snuck back on. Bah.
I need to buck my ideas up and nip it in the bud, I am now in my 60s and the older you get, the harder extra weight is on the body.
Oh, I don't look like that picture in my profile, I will have to change it!

That was a great weight loss, and you've managed to keep most of it off. Now you just need to put a plan in place so you're heading downward again, to where you want to be.

Thanks very much BridgeGirl, yeah it was an epic weight loss and I am a bit ashamed with myself for letting it slide, but I know I can do it. I will certainly join in on the posts, thank you!
Our paths never crossed as I probably joined as you left, and then I didn't use it. I am now! Good luck! Try not to be hard on yourself for letting things slide. We all do it. Plus you didn't regain it all, just a small portion, which is actually amazing!
I know right! I lost 3 stone over 2.5 to 3 years. Really slow and steady. Second lockdown I wanted to eat all the cakes and biscuits and put most of it back on in 3 months! I'm a stone down in 10 weeks this time. Need to keep going in that direction
i think you will find that there are quite a few of us returners on here… life gets in the way, and the weight goes up to a point where we don’t want to go back to… and that’s why we are back here in this supportive place
