Ost another 2 and 1/2 pounds this week. Well happy. Now in the 11 stone bracket. Better than my old over 18 stone one. Now a size 10 yaaaa. Got some new boots today and they fitted my claf legs. Would never had done that a year ago. Got a new coat as well as my others are to big. Size xs. So happy
