Dear Carolinect,

I'm so sorry to hear that you're suffering with bulimia, but I don't think a weight loss support forum is the best place for you. Whilst any advice offered you would be well-intentioned, it may exacerbate rather than help your condition.

In the UK, we have a charity called Beat Eating Disorders which offers specific support and guidance from experienced people and I'm sure you could find something similar in Israel. Just type 'support for eating disorders in Israel', or ask your doctor for a referral/advice.

Wishing you all the very best and hoping that you will soon be in recovery.

I know quite a few people who have found healing from bulimia in Overeaters anonymous. You might want to take a look at their website. People with any issue around food are welcome in OA. There are meetings in Isreal and online throughout the day and night.
