my weather starting to warm up and less rain, am hoping to get out more and ride my bike. Last month tried to jump the gun and walk more before weather started changing, but seemed to stressed out my back, so hoping to get on bike and start feeling better! I always feel better doing this, but its seems that this year I am finding it much more difficult to do the same amount of exercise. Refuse to make the comment that I am getting older.😊
