When I was 17 I got diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and have been battling my weight ever since. At the start of my weight loss i was doing well and the weight was coming off quickly but now it isn’t. As the weight is coming back up, my mood and motivation to keep going is going down. When i was studying for my exams i was so stressed that i went to food for comfort , i then found out is was extremely deficient in vitamin D which caused me to feel sad and depressed which caused me to eat more.
I now started going to the gym but i gained weigh rather than lost any. Does anyone know how i can keep losing weight because i feel like giving up and digging my grave already 😫.
Thanks for reading,

Hello young lady, do NOT give up! I don’t have T2 diabetes but some of the info I found online helped me to lose weight without feeling hungry. There is a GP from Southport UK called Dr David Unwin, who managed to get good results reversing T2 diabetes for his patients. Look for his online talks about “HOPE” for people with T2 diabetes and maybe you will find new ideas for you to try. Good luck!
