Good to hear/read your comments.
I've been referred from C25K and just thought I'd say hello to all and I'm on board with you all.
I spend weeks\months being "good" have a few weeks "off" and hey presto the weight seems to jump back on far quicker than I can lose it - alcohol and carbs leads to weight gain and huge stomach ๐
Silly liquid diets lead to bottom\digestive problems and are all so unsocial so good health and a bit of weight on may be the better option but hay ho what do I know after a lifetime of a chatterbox of good\bad conversations in my head!
