Hello there. I ballooned on metal health drugs. I started slimming world and lost 1 stone 2.5 lbs but have now stalled. Going to try and go further with nhs plan! Hope you are all doing well!

I gained lots too for me I chose heathier mind over healthier body, new med combo so now with a healthier mind I feel able to tackle the body bit.

Yep thats the way it has to be. Got zero without mental health! Lets go for look good too!

I also experienced this. Put on 4 or 5 stone with drug. Trying to lose it now. Best of luck. ☺
