I’m guessing that you’ve changed your diet somewhat so that would be the first place I’d check. Fibre is king when it comes to alleviating constipation so check if you’re getting enough. Also, being dehydrated can affect the morning habit (although it sounds like that’s not an issue), especially if you’ve increased exercise.
I’m not an expert but have coincidentally just read a newsletter from a reputable source and they were the 2 things they mentioned.

I have completed first week of couch25k this week and I have cut down and am following a 1800 cal diet which is l a lot less than usual, I have bought some more fruit sohopefully it's just a starting out thing. Thank you for advice xx

This happened to me when I changed diet. I used laxatives for 2 weeks then my body adjusted and I was OK again as long as I was having loads of fibre
