Hi I weigh in every 2 weeks as I know I become obsessive with them standing on them numerous times a day on different floor levels stupid really so they emerge from the wardrobe every 14 days.

I'm a bit obsessed with the scales, I weigh probably twice a day, not that I'm seeing any movement at the moment! Thinking that I should maybe hide them in the wardrobe too!

Hi mello33

I think they cause us to become more obsessed.better sticking to 1 x weekly.

Yes hide them you don't need them everyday unless you have a heart problem. Get them out every week, or in my case every 2. Bev

Banish them into the darkness!!!!!!!

ive been trying to stress less about the scales, I'm trying to concentrate on healthy eating and getting a bit fitter. Not saying I'm not pleased or disappointed about what the scales say each week, but trying not to let them rule me. Having said all that, good luck to us both for Monday! 😉

I was becoming obsessed with getting on and off the scales two or three times a day so I asked my other half to hide them from me recently and then spent all day trying to find them!!

Good luck for Mondays weigh in.
