I had run out of milk this morning so I put some fruit over some Greek yogurt with Chia seeds .

Lovely alternative to cereal.

I have similar daily but my work is quite physical so I have porridge made with water , Greek yogurt, seeds and fruit . No snacking as full . Eat around 07.30 and lunch about 13.30 . Works wonders .

That combination would have also made for a delicious smoothie. Lovely refreshing breakfast on a warm sunny day x
