What do you have on Sunday that's different from what you have every other day?

I'm not sure what you mean?

2 pieces of dark chocolate and a few grapes - lovely . Moderation and some fruit . Yes - quite a lot of sugar but better than very dense carbs or a pile of fat . Enjoy 😊. Wouldn’t eat every day but this taken as a treat may be the mental boost you need .

I do intermittent fasting 6 days a week. The 7th day contains sweet foods 😀

I think it is acceptable to have something you really enjoy rather than seeing this as a punishment . Chocolate and grapes - oh yes I could eat those without feeling I had eaten something that would pile on pounds . Could walk it off if I felt that bad but I don't think I would . Book reading , relaxation , me time.

Looks good to me! This picture and the commentary reminds me what a treat should look like rather than what I liberally help myself to! Thank you, Bluelady-sing!

Well if that's a treat I'm wondering what you eat the rest of the time? I eat twice that number of grapes every day if not the chocolate. My husband eats 4g of dark high cocoa choc a day because it has antioxidants in it and is good for the heart. It needs to be that precise amount. For me a treat would be ice cream. Despite this I've managed to reach my target weight and maintain it. My feeling is you could afford to ease off a bit.

I admire Bluelady for staying focused and taking this seriously . We are all different in our approach with different metabolisms . My sons could eat a case of chocolate and a whole vineyard of grapes without seeing any weight increase but sadly I couldn't.

oh I missed the chocolate on there. I hope you enjoyed. Looks like I’ll be having that sort of thing, minus the chocolate , from next Tuesday when I give up sweets for 40 days. It worked for the 40 days free alcohol. Well, I’ll try anyway. 👍
