We've all done it. Just forget about it and move on. The worst thing you can do is dwell on it as you'll overeat some more.
Maybe try and schedule some exercise later in the week if you don't have time today.

Can you not take food with you to work? If you have to make decisions about food whilst both stressed and hungry then the chances are you are going to keep failing. Take lunch and all your snacks with you and make sure you take something that is both nutritious and satisfying.

Know just how it is! We think food is an escape but is really a trap as you feel awful later on. I had 3 bad days in a week but you just have to pick yourself up. Don't give in! That would be a real failure. Just remember we all understand and the forum is here for you.

You didn't ! never mind, you will make up for it further down the line. Pack snacks with you in the morning. Good healthy snacks, then tell yourself you will eat them first. This will leave less room for junk food.
