What you guys think of organic vegetables, I am convinced in its health benefits at the moment. I have no crops yet still learning was just starting to plant but I'm really looking forward to being a fully competent subsistence grower. This was last summer crop
In fact if I pay my cards right I won't need to buy anything maybe one bag of frozen veg which will probably add to my weight loss.
Or this hobby of mine a fruitless... attempt

Carry on as some take longer to establish and develop than just planting and waiting. Our rhubarb took 2 years. It’s a fantastic idea . I have no negatives
They’re packed full of natural energy. I think the fact that people eat such a load of rubbish including chemically preserved vegetables these days, is why they feel hungry and keep eating. Well done you!
I have mixed feelings, in that organic veg/fruit are great but not when they are flown in! I have a veg place 5 miles away from me that grows to organic and permaculture principals, but isn’t certified as organic. They do a weekly veg box which you have to commit to for the season. It gives me great variety and also challenges me in what I then have to cook with it. A big factor in my previous weight loss…
I used to grow a lot, but now live with feral goats / deer and other countryside hazards that love home grown food!
