I get a little sidetracked when stress comes into the picture and food then tends to get my focus. But so far these past few days, I haven't had any sleep and then I get restless and hungry. Oh no!

I tend to try and get out for a walk . If I am that hungry and feel low then I make my meal and after my walk or exercise it is my kind of reward . Whilst I am out I can't eat . Take a bottle or water or fruit tea to sip .
That sounds like a great idea. You're right, eating and walking don't mix 😁 and it's not something I'd ever done. Its funny to think that I can't remember seeing anyone doing that while out exercising ☺. I know it's been rather cold here to go for a walk in California, and in the past it didn't stop me from going for a walk. However about 6 years ago I had an injury to my left foot and leg which doesn't allow me to even stand up most days. I bought an incumbent bike so that I can use instead of walking but even with that I struggle with pain. And hence, the weight gain. But I've been taking some weight management classes for which I've learned a lot from regarding eating healthier meals. I miss jogging and lifting weights in which I had worked out 6 days a week before. And I was so healthy and toned. Now, it's a whole new life that I'm struggling with.
