I dont feel like i`ve worked as hard this week controlling my food , I feel like I have been a little more like I was before I started my healthy plan with mindless eating so am dreading my weigh-in.(sad face!)
I know that the best thing is to weigh in,in the morning and then start the fresh week with gusto but if i have put on weight tomorrow can you lovely people give me a few gentle pushes in the right direction!!
Thank you

I too am having to re-focus. But it is good to look at things afresh now and again. I am sure we can both get back on track and see those scales heading in the right direction again
Whatever happens at tomorrow's weigh-in - rest assured we will all give you some gentle pushes in the right direction - you're coming on this weight-loss journey with all of us - it can be a long and winding road sometime, but the weight-loss wagon will carry us all forward on a hopefully downward slope as time goes on. Onwards and downwards - with the occasional bumps here and there!
We all have bumps - and we can hopefully help each other through them.
Thank you so , so much Lowcal , you are really a huge inspiration not just to me but to so many on here , your strength makes others strong
I noticed on another post how well you have done and that really helps motivate me as you have lost so much, and done tremendously well.
It is so lovely that you really support people and give so much to this site , I will definitely try harder this week as I want to slowly chip it away!
Sometimes just posting on here gets the anxiety out and lessens the worry!
Thank you hun, I haven`t done drastically awful eating and have been exercising, but I definitely had too many treats and not focused enough on my food intake and I have that really stodgy feeling but if i am pleasantly surprised I will be very happy but probably fall of the scales in disbelief.
I am very grateful for your as ever, lovely support though and will take weigh in advice to heart for the new week !
