Just needed to say this is the first time I've joined anything like this network that supports weightloss. I'm a 71 year old women and started my committed weightloss journey at 13st 9Lb back on the 22 June 2022. I am doing intermittent fasting and calorie counting in a Clever Fox food diary, and it seems to be working slowly. As of a wegh in today I am 12st 1lb. I have been very fit and active my entire life up until a diagnosis of quite severe fibromyalgia 5 years ago. I walk, stretch and do what I'm able on a day to day basis. I do not take the meds as they cause bad side effects including obesity. However in my prime I was 9st and that seems a long way off. When I hit 14st I started 15/9 intermittent fasting, then in June 22 decided enough was enough. I don't need to be 9st. But I would like to be a size 10 or 12 dress size. I've gone from a size 18 to a 14. On the whole I'm pleased, but there are days when I could do with a bit of support. I am however beginning to like what I look like again. So I'm looking forward to learning how the network works and hopefully be a part of it fully. Xx

Thank you. I will have a good look around first as it does seem a bit overwhelming. I'm sure it will all be clear soon, but thank you for the warm welcome.
Sounds like you've done an awesome job already! Well done on what you have achieved and keep on keeping on.
