Hi all, I've been gone a while and still struggling to loose weight, I've not been very well recently and was in hospital, since I've come out, it's really strange because I am not feeling like eating the foods I used to enjoy, it's almost like my taste buds have gone (it wasn't Covid, had that last year!) just not wanting to eat basically, which I find very strange but because of this my weight is going up 😥...I am quite a fussy eater, I don't eat chicken, pork, turkey, and I struggle to eat veg and fruit, I dislike avocados and radish, lettuce.....I have been having a coffee in the morning then maybe some bran flakes with blueberries but I've found I'm not enjoying it and most goes down the toilet 😣.....I have arthritis along with other health conditions so a lot of strenuous exercise is out the question, I did start going for a walk until I ended up in hospital, now I have no notion to go out, i'm stuck in a rut and so depressed, haven't spoke to my Dr as I myself have no idea what is going on! I would appreciate if anyone has an idea for a menu for me to try stick to and get back in motion? You all seem to be doing amazing, well done 🥰

Welcome back, Angelbabe1612, it sounds as though you have had a rough time.
I suggest you get involved with forum activities and chat to members about what works for them. The daily diary would be a good place for that, and have a look at Springers Specials to see if that gives you and ideas. You could also join today's weigh in and start getting to know people there.

Hello Angelbabe1612 and welcome. I too have a number of health issues and can’t stand or walk well. I like to do armchair aerobics it can be fun. There are lots on YouTube, just type in armchair aerobics in the search and have a look. My favourite is Zumba Gold by Zoe Caldwell. Also I would join the weekly weigh-in here, it’s great for help and ideas, everyone is very supportive. Good luck on your weight loss journey. Pam
