Just posting my first weigh-in: 10st. 1lb.
I'm OscarsMumx, a newbie, but have been made very welcome and encouraged by so many of you, thank you so much for that. This week I will take it easy, but intend 20 minutes exercise a day, sticking to eating plan (low sugar, lean meats, fish, veg and fruit - no pasta, rice, potatoes or bread. A sirloin steak and veg tonight instead of a low cal microwave Chilli con carne. Homemade American style pancakes made with almond flour and olive oil instead of buttered crumpets for my Sunday tea). Weekends are usually my downfall, I eat healthily during the week. Here goes!
