I was delighted to lose 20 pounds between July - December 2020 as part of this forum and managed to keep most of it off until recently. Now I'm horrified to see I have put half of it back on again and I want to be sure the other half doesn't join it!. I was really successful with LCHF but the carbs have been creeping in - first as a treat and then more regularly. I feel so much better without them, of course. Most of my weight gain has been in the last couple of months and coincides with a minimum step count I committed to a New Year. So I'm doing lots of walking (and it appears I'm rewarding myself accordingly). I think getting out again socialising has had a big effect too.
So I'm back - hoping to lose the 11 pounds I gained and a bit more and I'll be joining the Monday weigh in, if you'll have me. Onwards and downwards!
