Some time since I last posted. Few health issues, had shingles and then an operation so have slipped a bit with diet and exercise. Still limited on the exercise front but have now taken charge of my diet again and determined to shed these extra pounds

Hopefully you are now on the mend and able to get back on your weight loss journey :)

Good luck

Hi Annde70

Welcome back and it is lovely to see you here again. Sorry to hear you had shingles, hope you are feeling better now and recovering well from your operation.

We have a new Daily Diary post which started this month and it is where all the members can share the daily plan and swoop ideas and tips. You can find it in Events next to the weigh in.

Have a good week.

Welcome back and pleased that you are over your health issues and in a place to start working on the weight loss!

I have been on my weight loss journey for over 5 years now, struggling to get off my final stone (have lost a total of 4.5 stone when I was at my lightest). I'm unable to do very much exercise because of disability, but it's completely possible to lose weight through diet alone.

I still try to weigh out portions and log the food that I eat virtually every day!
