Week 2!
First week done & for me one of the biggest challenges is changing habits. I’ve been since October really rinsing pre made ready meals & take aways, eating very, very unhealthy. The past week have been eating food prepared myself, mainly little things like berries and soya yoghurt, walnuts for snacks or cucumber/ carrots & hummus, quinoa & simple veg - using frozen veg for now like peas / green beans to make quick and easy dinners. Whilst work is still very stressful, am looking to buy a new home, trying to sort out finances - a lot on! - my digestion has obviously improved as has my general well being. Had a night out seeing a friend hadn’t seen in months which was a treat - half a bottle of wine., a couple of GnTs & Wacaha meal a week ago. Off on first hols overseas next month so looking forward to that too. My next focus is to eat breakfast, lunch at a reasonable time rather than nothing til 8/9pm aside from snacks like walnuts and hummus/ pumpernickel bread etc & to start exercising! Have lost two pounds so slow and steady.
