Hi all
It has been recommended that I eat low GI foods and I understand the basic principles (whole foods that are slower to digest) but want to know more. Can anyone recommend good resources for me to do some research please?
Thanks

Hi and welcome, Eimear78
Honestly there's so much information about low GI foods, you would be best typing 'understanding low GI food' into your search engine, but this is a nice straightforward guide for foods to eat healthunlocked.com/api/redi...
You haven't said if you're here for support while losing weight, but if you are all of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/weight-l... and we hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially a weigh-in and the daily diary.
We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.
Wishing you all the best
Don't have a book to recommend but, I found things on the internet to help and/or the diabetes UK website could help
