I pop in now and then to get inspiration.there is plenty to be found on this forum.always gives me a boost.am always trying to loose weight.very slow but will keep going.thanks

You're welcome. Have you ever tried the Daily Diary or even a weekly Weigh In.

The DD is brilliant for getting ideas for healthy eating , sharing our plans so we're more accountable and of course having a chat
