today iam 71.5kg, as my hight is 175cm this makes my BMI=23.3.... however, it is written in the nhs website that according to my ethnicity it would be better to make my BMI lower than 23! some people suggest that for me to lose more weight is unhealthy! but the website says clearly that it would be better for me to have a BMI less than 23. what should I do?

I wouldn't panic over the extra 0.3 but the NHS is a reputable medical organisation with a lot of data to back up their view. What are the qualifications of your "some people"?

It's obviously your choice who you believe but you'd only need to lose one kg to get to a BMI of 23 so it's not exactly a big deal.
