Hey so I've put on a bit of weight in the last year. Some unhealthy eating and taking meds that put on weight are are blame as well s me making wrong choices.
I'd like to try and loose some weight for good this time and need help with
* healthy snacking ideas ; I get the munchies alot because of my meds
* i tend to need something sugary sometimes after a nap I feel loss of blood sugar I go cold sort of like when you sit on your hand for too long and you get cold pins and needles just with out the pins and needles and i feel shaky
* simple exercises especially for knee, ham string, thighs and calf's but others are good too
* Ways to stay motivated in this journey as this is a huge issue for me. I'll do really well first 3 days and kind of forget to do stuff then I'm in square 1 again
* ways I can loose weight
* do you reward yourself for following plans / sticking to healthy habits etc? What rewards do you give yourself... rewards would motivate me
