Hey guys, its satisfying to eat right and staying healthy. But the journey towards better health does not start with exercise it starts with your mindset, your dedication and the control over food. So if you guys really want to lose weight first you need to change your mindset. Staying healthy is 80% self control and diet and 20% is workout. The simplest way to have self control is by meditating daily for 10-20 minutes.

Hi boby. I found that when I changed what I ate, self-control was much less important as my tastes changed
Yes, but some people seem to struggle to change what they eat, but I agree that since going low carb I find it much easier to skip a meal.
I think there are a couple of factors at play: an inherent resistance to change, and the ingrained pro-carb, anti-fat message we've absorbed for decades.
I, for one, found the idea of not building every meal around cereal, bread, potatoes, pasta etc a very odd notion. I thought those were the things that kept you from feeling hungry and, also, I liked them. I know otherwise, now.
It's what works for you . I found exercise stopped me eating . A long walk with just water or a You Tube Zumba workout . I didn't want to eat much after this as it would undo the effort . You can only eat what you buy . If there are snacks in the cupboard you have bought them .
