Well some of today was OK. 6000 steps before my toe possibly broken started swelling. Didn’t fancy seafood spaghetti. Made it for the other half and had 50g cooked spaghetti whole meal, with 30 g grated cheese and a big green salad and cherry tomatoes.
Feel quite nauseous today, think it’s second vaccine at war with immunosuppressants I took last night.

6000 steps is impressive. I am pleased if I manage 4000 (most days is around 3000).
The vaccine has nasty side effects with medication - so be kind to yourself, it will ease off and you will have the benefits the vaccine gives, which are so much better than having Covid19.
Your menu plan... Breakfast and dinner look great. If you don't feel hungry at lunch ensure you drink as dehydration can cause other issues.
