I’m sure there are many others out there in the same boat as me...
1. I have the knowledge of healthy eating
2. I have the means and ability to go gym/exercise
3. I struggle with being consistent
4. Struggle with giving into food offers in a social setting
5. Struggle with portion control
6. Lose sight of long term goals in the moment
Wanted to sus out if there’s anyone who may be in the same position as me and also needs a bit of a kick up the butt!
I’m all for cheerleading but also need someone with a bit of a savage push LOL. My stubbornness is my own enemy, yet I also find it hilarious... go figure 🤷🏽♀️
