Hi Rhys. When I look at the NHS BMI calculator, it says 'Moderately active' is between 30 and 60 minutes a week and 'Active' is 60 -150 minutes a week.
It describes physical activity as anything that makes you breathe faster and feel warmer. It could be:
- brisk walking
- running
- cycling
- swimming
- dancing
- an active job
- pushing a lawnmower
- tennis
- football
I hope that helps you work it out
I think I would suggest Moderately active Rhys00 to be on the safe side Best wishes
Jeff
I know what you mean with the confusion Rhys. I do 60+ mins of activity a day but it doesn't make me out of breath as non of it is fast/brisk due to my knee. I always choose moderate for that reason. xx
