I OPENED A JAR OF NUTELLA AND HAD 3 LEVEL TEASPOONS( CALOORIE COUNTED) AND DIDN'T
WANT ANY MORE. NEVER BEEN LIKE THAT BEFORE.
MAYBE MY BRAIN / ATTITUDE IS CHANGING.

I FEEL GOOD AND HAVE REWARDED MYSELF CALORIE COUNTED SMALL AMOUNT CHOC SPREAD AND A GLASS OF LOW ALCOHOL WINE !! NOT TOGETHER MAY I SAY !! NOT SOMETHING I DO EVERY DAY.

IT'S NOT EASY WHEN YOU HAVE A LOT TO LOSE AS IT'S HARD TO SEE THE AMOUNT YOU'RE LOSING WHEN THERE IS SO MUCH MORE STILL TO LOSE.
I'M TAKING EACH DAY AT A TIME.
I HAVE ALSO MADE SURE I ONLY GO OUT FOR ONE MEAL A WEEK SO I HAVE ENOUGH CALORIES.
HUBBIE IS HELPING ME AT THE WEEKEND TO ASSEMBLE MY EXERCISE BIKE.

Yah nice going! Thanks not too bad a day here! Starting to get used to the diet too find drinking extra water helps too and don't seem to have as much as a jelly belly lol!

I REALLY LIKE THIS FITNESS PAL APP AS IT HAS A VERY EXTENSIVE DATABASE, MUCH LARGER THAN THE SLIMMING CLUBS HAVE.
I STILL HAVE A JELLY BELLY BUT I THINK THERE IS SLIGHTLY LESS OF IT.

Sometmes we have to have a strategy in place to deal with stressful issues.
I've lost , no misplaced a jumper I'm knitting for my daughter. Very frustrating, but I haven't reached for the chocolate etc. I just expressed my frustration at my knitting group and they commiserated ! Felt exonerated and relieved !!
I will just pick another pattern and wool to start on something else. no doubt while doing that the said garment will turn up !!

I think it was Christmas day that finally set me changing.. had bought a new dress it was a jersey material and thought that it would expade and be forgiving ..er not so i looked like i was doing karate trying to get into it it was like stuffing acow into a sock ..and the scales only served to confirm the mirror image. Also checking out the bmi and seeing the marker off the scale was another kick that and the depressing fact of being 50 in july and the health implications Got to keep at it!

how much weight do you have to loose before you start to lower your bmi??
Not sure.. just keep putting in a weight on the scale on line until the next level shows then you know what you're aiming for.
oh just checked mine its gone down 1.3 with a lose of 8lbs cool
Thanks Marji i think the low self esteem issues are for me part of the reason for comfort eating and the vicious circle then keeps on going..time to take control

Whoops slipped up yesterday !! Enjoyed 3 glasses of wine and then The Munchies descended on me !!
I've written it off and started again this morning .
One good thing from that is that when it happened I used to end up binging for days on end , but not this time.
