Hit a brick wall!! Need advice on continuing weight loss.

Lost 3stone since January 1 this year with 2 too loose.

I under eat on calories and diet is, rolled oats with water, slim fast shake and cottage cheese and biscuits. I exercise daily.

Loss slowing down so much I’m loosing spirit and determination, also any advice on loosing weight from chest area as this isn’t budging.

Hi Dutchcloggsred and welcome to this amazing forum. You've done really well to have lost so much weight, 3 stone in under 3 months is a massive loss. I'm afraid you're loss has slowed up because you're eating far to little. Our bodies are very clever and if we try to "starve" off excess weight they automatically switch to "famine mode" and refuse to let go of the excess.

May I ask if you have run your stats to learn your BMI and from there obtain a correct number of calories per day. If you did this when you 1st started losing weight, you need to check as you're now 3 stone lighter.

I suggest you spend some time clicking about to find your way around. It's easier if you have a lap-top as there are several threads. If you’re using another device I strongly suggest that you use the web page as opposed to the app at least until you know your way around.
