Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee there goes another 4lbs :D

I am super delighted to say the least. Lost another 4lbs this week which is great news and only another 12lbs to go to reach my target and be in the "HEALTHY" section of my BMI too :D

Thank you. I acted on advice my GP gave me as I got stuck too. He told me to take the weekend off and eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, then go back to my healthy eating style first thing on Monday morning. Apparently by doing this, you "fool" your metabolism - don't know whether that is true or not, but I did what he recommended and it has worked. :D

Who knows why, but if that worked for you then I'll give it a go when I get stuck (not quite stuck, just very slow... 9 lbs down still 15 to go)

It is a total mystery and I'm not taking it for granted that's for sure. Just happy for the weight to be coming off again!

9lb is a great loss for you so far - I am sure you will reach your end goal in no time, just don't give up :)
