I weigh 62.3 kg

Last week 62.8kg

Aim 56kg

Start weight 60kg in November 2020

Put on weight over and after Christmas now trying to get it off again!

Everyone, or most at least put on weight at Christmas so give yourself credit for working on it especially during these stressful uncertain times, to be trying to lose weight as well as living with challenging times is an accomplishment
