Trying a diet pill and this is week two on it with no updates in weight. Been at 220 went up to 222 and trying to get down to 1750-185 but hope and faith of getting there are low.

Any help on motivations or routines. I have herniated disks in L5/S1 & C6/C7.

It’s been a rough few months. Any guidance will help!!

Hello and welcome Stabler

In my opinion diet pills are not the answer. This is not a long term sustainable way of loosing weight, if they do work as soon as you stop using them the weight is very likely to return. They also won't teach you anything about food control. Your weight issues are ultimately about your food choices.

I would have a good read around the forum and see what others are doing and choose a different way of tackling this. You will see calorie counting mentioned and Low Carb Healthy/high Fat, just 2 examples. If you go to the Daily Diary and read through peoples menu plan for the day you will pick up lots of tips.

The best motivation I can offer is to join in here on a daily basis, take part in the Daily Diary once you have chosen away to tackle the weight loss and join today's Weigh In and start to build up a relationship with a group of like minded people who have been or are where you are today. You will find them very supportive. You can do this without the aid of pills, which don't seem to be doing anything, apart from lining the pocket of the company you bought them from!

All the information you need to navigate the forum is here in Pinned Posts, please make sure that you read the Welcome Newbie post, it is full of information. You will all so see that we have lots of clubs to join in with as well :)
