Hello, I'm new and would like some recommendation on what type of diet would I go on to lower my Cholesterol. I going to put a start date for Monday, any help would be much appreciated.

I just wanted to add .. try and refrain if possible from calling it a 'diet'.

Diet makes it sound temporary and like you will go back to old habits afterwards.

This is a life change and is to stay forever.

The most successful 'diet' is the one you can stick to!

You want to start eating in a way you enjoy, feel satisfied and think 'i want to eat this way forever'.
