How to loose 2 stones
Hi and welcome, Aaliyah-11
I wouldn't recommend any sort of diet, just to eat real food and not processed foods. This is a simple guide healthunlocked.com/api/redi...
Exercise should be something that you enjoy doing and that you will still be doing in years to come. Walking is a great way to start and you can build on that.
All of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts

We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.
Wishing you all the best

Aaliyah-11 hi and welcome.
Moreless has already suggested some good places to look on this site. Here are some thoughts from my experience.
There are lots of plans out there, but rather than see it as a short term fix, look at what you currently do and change something each week for a healthier option: so swap chips for oven baked sweet potato fries, piece of cake for fruit or tasty lump of salami or shop bought premade burgers for homemade ones (so much more healthy and no artificial additives).
Loosing 1lb each week will add upto 3stone over a year, and slow loss is more likely to be proper unneeded fat and stay off, than amy crash diet. So see this as a long term change.
Exercise.... I don't do this as I am waiting for knee surgery and everytime I try things I end up breaking myself. But.... what I have found effective is being active instead. So going for ensuring I have a minimum of 30minutes on the go everyday - so it could be housework, gardening, having a walk, walking up/down the stairs a few times. Oh... and my 30minutes may mot be all in one go either, on a bad day, I split it into 3 lots of 10minutes. Ideally I also try to hit 5000 steps during the day doing this, but that varies and is still a little hit and miss.
What ever you decide, do join in the daily diary and other chats, there are lots of knowledgeable and helpful, supporrive folk on here. Good luck.
