I know I do not need them, but they are nice ;) and as any piece of technology can be useful

I am using mapmywalk on my mobile. I find it useful and as you say encouraging to do more exercise. I walked in 8km yesterday and 7km to day. 😊

Love these little videos you do to help us along our way. I had a fit bit watch bought me for my birthday and I absolutely love it!

Great. Anything that gets us to get our backside out the door to do a bit more is a great thing.

Just joined NHS weight loss 10 minutes ago and already motivated by your video. Just started my journey today. 50 years old bloke, 3 stone overweight and really need to lose weight. Useful to have a bloke's perspective. I'm using the free S Health on my Samsung phone.

Morning Asher

Only advice I would give is take it slowly. 1lb a week is good and take a few weeks off a year for birthdays etc. I wouldn't diet myself but make healthier food choices.

I've put out videos on exercise, calories etc so feel free to watch them. If you are not active then I'd recommend the C25K NHS program to get you from the Couch to a 5k run.

Good luck
