Sounds good. Could you tell us more about the 30 day challenge? And which dvd is it?
HI Maroo.
The 30 day challenge is to lose at least two pounds a week, by
exercising twice a day, and to overall lose 4 stones and 3 pounds. I workout for approximately one hour and forty minutes in the morning and one hour and fifteen minutes at night. Target calories are 1600 plus to 2000. Challenge
is to target and achieve calories at 1600 plus and to ensure to eat and drink well and healthy foods. There are two dvds, zumba fitness and hip hop abs by beachbody.com.
