Without knowing what you're eating overall, it's impossible to make any suggestions about what you might change. The Daily Diary is a great place for logging your meal plans and getting useful comments, and a great place to pinch ideas. Once you've decided on your meals for tomorrow, why not join the Sunday Diary and chat with people there? It's only just opened but it will be busier later this evening, and in the morning.

First of all step away from the biscuits they've a lot of calories in and not very filling so use your calories wisely and make them count. And good luck
