Day 267: Tiredness Isn't Good For Motivation.

Whenever I read that title I think 'well no sugar Sherlock!' and roll my eyes. Instead I have been using it as an excuse for not eating well. I need to put aside the excuses and start to look at why I am eating more than I normally would, start having conversations with myself and work through it. Time to step up again.

Hi there,

Also, possibly consider reasons why you are not sleeping, and, consider health, eg, Thyroid issues perhaps (if it goes on for a while).

Sleep deprivation is very hard...it negatively impacts willpower, as well as motivation.

I can relate...I hope you manage to have some restful sleep soon 😴🤗

Thyroid definitely effects sleep, always good to have thyroid function checked regularly.
