Hi there! Blipped a bit today.. Nerves I reckon, my middle child having minor knee op tomorrow. My focus has changed and so I cave with the careful eating 😔.. Tomorrow is another day hey! Bit demotivated anyway as had a midweek peek at scales and no downward movement.... We'll see, I'm not giving up, that much I know. Cheers for now.
Don't worry about blips, we all have them. Me more than most at the moment. I also had no movement last week, sometimes this happens and we have to look at it as a good thing because you haven't put on anything. I always try (not always successfully) to see things in a positive light. You are doing amazingly well and it will sometimes seem more of a struggle than others...we just have to accept them and move one. Just know there is definitely support on here and I'm always here for a chat! Keep going!

I'm finding that being honest and reaching out is definitely such a plus. I reckon if it weren't for this element of support and motivation I may have actually thrown the towel in over the last week. Cheers 👍
